Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
This is my signature flowing class — ideal for beginners and those who enjoy a steady, energising practice. You’ll be guided through gentle warming sequences, Sun Salutations, standing, seated and lying postures, plus breathwork and relaxation.
The focus is on building strength and mobility while finding a sense of ease in movement. Expect to leave feeling grounded, uplifted and refreshed.
Perfect for: Beginners and improvers who want to move, stretch and build confidence.
Yoga for Beginners
If you’ve never done yoga before (or it’s been a while), this class is your starting point. I break everything down clearly and gently — no complicated sequences, no pressure to ‘get it right’. You’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga, how to breathe well, and how to move safely and comfortably.
This is about creating a strong, supportive foundation so you feel confident and empowered to build your practice.
Perfect for: Complete beginners and anyone wanting to revisit the basics.
Yoga for Tired People
This slower-paced class is designed especially for those seeking rest, reflection and renewal. Each week offers a blend of gentle yoga, restorative practices, Yoga Nidra, and sometimes Tai Chi or sound bowl relaxation.
It’s an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and gift yourself a peaceful, restorative space.
Perfect for: Anyone feeling depleted or overwhelmed and needing to recharge gently.
Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
This deeply nourishing class is all about slowing down and letting go. Using bolsters, blankets and props, you’ll be supported in gentle restorative postures that allow the body to release tension layer by layer.
The class ends with Yoga Nidra — a guided relaxation that brings profound rest and supports better sleep. You’ll leave feeling rested, nurtured and centred.
Perfect for: Those experiencing stress, fatigue, or anyone who wants to rest deeply.
Slow Flow & Meditation
A calmer, more meditative class designed to bring softness and stillness to your week. You’ll move through slow, accessible sequences, supported by mindful breathing, gentle stretching and moments of quiet reflection.
This class is ideal if you’re seeking a way to unwind, release tension and bring more calm into your life.
Perfect for: Anyone needing a soothing midweek reset.
