Peaceful Tai Chi Shibashi in Chipping Sodbury

Gentle movement for balance, clarity and calm.

Tai Chi Shibashi is a flowing, meditative practice that combines graceful movement with mindful breathing. It helps restore vitality, ease tension and bring balance to body and mind.

I teach Sets 1 and 2 of Tai Chi Shibashi, guiding you through each sequence step-by-step in a relaxed, supportive environment.

My classes are perfect for beginners and those looking for a peaceful, accessible way to move and recharge. No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, breathe and enjoy the flow of movement.
