Membership Notes
All memberships are paid monthly by standing order.
One month’s written notice is required to cancel.
Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the rare event of teacher absence with no cover, the class will be refunded or credited.
Terms & Cancellations
All passes and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Taster and class passes must be used within the stated timeframes.
Memberships require one month’s written notice to cancel.
If a class is cancelled due to teacher leave and cover can’t be arranged, the class will be refunded or credited.
Questions you might have
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
You’re welcome to bring your own mat, but we also have mats available to borrow if you don’t have one or prefer to travel lightly.
I’ve never practised yoga before—can I still join?
Absolutely! All our classes are suitable for beginners, and Louise offers gentle guidance and modifications to support you wherever you are in your yoga journey.
Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?
Yes, you're very welcome to join, but please let Louise know before class. She can offer modifications to keep you comfortable and safe. It's always best to consult your healthcare provider first.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers can be helpful, as your body temperature may change during class.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
You need to book in advance to secure your space, as class sizes are limited. You can easily book online through our website.
