Hello and welcome… I’m Louise Fenner, and I’m so happy you’ve found your way here to Discover Yoga, Discover You!

I’m an experienced Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK and an accredited Meditation Teacher with British School of Meditation. I also teach Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Seated Yoga, and Tai Chi Shibashi with Tai Chi for Better Health..

I offer in-person and online classes from my Chipping Sodbury studio, along with workshops, retreats, and yoga holidays in the UK and Europe.

My passion is creating a warm, supportive community, especially for complete beginners, and guiding people to feel confident and connected both on and off the mat.

Join me in my peaceful Chipping Sodbury studio, online or at local venues, with a welcoming mix of Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Seated Yoga and Tai Chi Shibashi.

Each class blends breathwork, movement and relaxation... creating an inclusive space for all levels.
