If you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or feeling a little unsure, you’re in exactly the right place. My beginner classes are friendly, supportive and designed to help you feel comfortable from the very first session — no flexibility or experience needed.
Practise in my peaceful Chipping Sodbury studio, online from home, or at local venues in Yate and Bristol. Expect clear guidance, gentle progress and a welcoming space where you can move, breathe and build confidence at your own pace.

Hello and welcome… I’m Louise Fenner, and I’m so happy you’ve found your way here to Discover Yoga, Discover You!
I teach Beginner classes on:
Mondays at 6pm
Wednesdays at 5:45pm
Saturdays at 10:15am
My passion is creating a warm, supportive community, especially for complete beginners, and guiding people to feel confident and connected both on and off the mat.
