Yoga Classes & Timetable
Louise offers a full and varied timetable of Live “In-Person” Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Tai Chi Shibashi Classes from her dedicated, supportive and friendly Yoga Studio in the heart of Chipping Sodbury, Bristol.
Her classes are founded in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which is a dynamic, strengthening yet relaxing practice for both the body, mind and soul. Her classes are primarily floor/mat based but she also teaches Seated/Chair Yoga with a passion in order to support those in the community that may be a little more restricted in their movements or who prefer a chair for support and added confidence as they practice.
Additionally, as a qualified Meditation Teacher and Tai Chi Shibashi Instructor all her classes are a tailored, thoughtfully interwoven mix of yoga movement, breathwork, targeted flexibility/mobility and relaxation techniques.
Louise’s Yoga classes, Workshops, Yoga Holidays, Day Retreats and other special events are fully inclusive and open to all levels of student regardless of their level of yoga knowledge and/or experience.
Her live “in-person” classes are run from Chipping Sodbury and Downend, Bristol. They are also available twice a week on-line via Zoom. Louise teaches outside in nature whenever it is possible including monthly Yoga and Tai Chi Shibashi Events at Westonbirt Arboretum through the summer months.
