Yoga Classes
Louise offers a wide variety of Yoga focussed classes from her peaceful and friendly Yoga Studio in Chipping Sodbury near Yate - including:

Yoga - (Hatha Vinyasa - flowing style of yoga)

Yoga with Meditation and chanting practices

Seated Yoga and Tai Chi Shibashi (Sets 1 and 2) - for those who prefer or need the added support of a chair

Louise weaves traditional breath work techniques , flexibility, strengthening and relaxation techniques into each class, creating an inclusive and supportive space for all students at all levels.
Alongside her in-studio classes , she also offers extra sessions and yoga courses at Emersons Green Village Hall in Emersons Green, and Fishponds, Bristol. She also holds twice-weekly online classes via Zoom.

Hatha Yoga for Beginners
In this class I will teach beginners level practices to help you feel strong, flexible and calm in both body and mind
.
Together in a supportive group setting we will explore flowing styles of yoga with Sun Salutations, standing, lying and seated postures including twists, balancing and restorative poses.
Whether you are new to Yoga or just looking to revisit the fundamental principles to enliven your current practice, you will feel alive, strong, flexible and mobile.
Seated / Chair Yoga
Do you often feel full of tension and stress?
Do you find it difficult to bend down and tie your shoes due to stiff joints?
Are you anxious or worried about falling?
Then Seated / Chair yoga could be the perfect addition to your well-being routine.
This gentle practice helps relieve common aches, improves strength, flexibility, and mobility, and supports stability—especially valuable as we age.
Slow Flow & Meditation
A meditative, relaxing Slow Flow yoga class especially for beginners and those who are seeking peace and calm in their busy week.
A gentle introduction into yoga practice comprising gentle poses, yogic breath practice and visualisation relaxation techniques all set within gentle sequencing.
You will feel relaxed, spacious and calm.
Restorative Yoga
& Yoga Nidra
Feeling exhausted, drained, or simply bit lost?
Louise's "Dreamtime Yoga" class can help you feel more rested, nourished, and balanced.
This class begins with a gentle, restorative yoga flow, followed by guided meditation, breath-work, and a deeply recharging Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) practice.
